    Public API v1 launched

    Full REST API now available at api.massivesms.com/v1. Endpoints for messages, campaigns, contacts, lists, credits, and webhooks. Bearer-key auth, scoped per workspace. Sandbox + production environments. Node, Python, Ruby, PHP, and Go SDKs ship next week.

    Pay-per-launch packs reorganized into 12 functional tiers

    Pricing was renamed from numeric tiers to launch-cycle names (Trial, Webinar, Warmup, Challenge, Sprint, Launch, Cart Pro, Power Launch, Affiliate, Big Launch, Cohort, Mass Launch). Mapping is consistent with what creators actually run. Existing balances unaffected.

    Settings → Compliance toggles persist instantly

    Quiet hours, double opt-in, audit log, and STOP keyword toggles now save without a button press. Region restrictions still require explicit save.

    Compose a launch and see a live iMessage-style preview update on every keystroke. Variables like {firstName} render with sample values so what you see is what your audience gets.

    Mobile drawer no longer transparent

    Fixed a stacking-context bug where the mobile menu drawer was bleeding through to the page content underneath on iOS Safari. Drawer is now fully opaque with explicit z-index above the header.

    Inbound replies to your campaigns now route into a unified inbox. Reply directly from the dashboard. STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE/CANCELAR keywords are auto-handled and exclude contacts from future sends.

    Sync your contacts directly from Kit (formerly ConvertKit), Kajabi, and Skool with a one-click OAuth flow. Tags, segments, and member lists pull through automatically. Deduped on phone number.

    Carrier failover across tier-1 routes

    Multi-region failover added. Primary route is Telnyx; we now automatically fall back to Twilio for affected destinations during route degradations. Delivery rates improved 0.4 pp on the rolling 7-day window.

    TCPA opt-in audit log retention extended to 7 years

    Audit logs of every opt-in, opt-out, and admin action now persist for 7 years per TCPA recordkeeping guidance. Old logs were 12 months. No action required from customers.
